Aluminum, steel, and stainless steel wire between 0.008″ and 0.75″ in diameter can be consistently formed to customer specifications. Round wire is fed into the CNC bender from a master coil. This efficient bending process allows us to produce medium to high volume wire forms with very short lead times. Expedited orders can often be completed within a few days. Manual bending is also available for prototypes or small run production.
Additional fabrication capabilities include piercing, swaging, threading, tapping, and other commonly requested finish machining services.
