The bolt is hand formed to within ±0.0625″ using our hydraulic bending equipment and is threaded at both ends. Visual and dimensional inspections are performed during fabrication to ensure all parts meet customer specifications.
We are capable of bending a wide range of wire materials and diameters using manual and CNC forming processes. In addition, we can machine part features, such as the thread in this bolt, as well as chamfer or swage wire ends as specified. This bolt is produced in runs of 500 pieces with a typical lead time of 2 to 3 weeks.
